I need a bit more money in my Paypal account soon. Its easier and faster to just sell things through it than to do a bank transfer, so it's time for new shirt preorders.


During this preorder thing, I'm marking aLL my shirts down from $18 to $15.

I mentioned this on the Twitter a few hours ago and got 0 orders so far, so I'm hoping Twitter's just a bad place to do that. Get to it! I need about 40 or so before I can print anything.

I was already unsure if the text on the snail shirt was necessary. Before I told anyone, 3 people told me I should leave it off. Thus!

Playing around with text placement on the fetus whale shirt. David said I should leave the text off this too, but I dunno. Part of the fetus whale's appeal is that he's called The Flying Fetus Whale. But I'll consider that option too. Anyway, got a few arc designs, and I'll have to figure out Illustrator to do these. Photoshop sucks at Text warping. In any case, the text should be off-center a little.

Thanks for the advice everyone, I think what I will do is try to sell Girly's books exclusively through Amazon for a while. Elin says it's really likely that it's okay to sell Volume 1 directly, so I'll give that a whirl. Theoretically, if Amazon handles ALL my book sales, I should be getting less "Hurr Please send us 2 books" requests. Generally, if they ask for less than 5, I just ignore them. I don't know why they don't allow us to just impose minimums, like most distributors.

Posters I can continue offering directly, but they'd no longer be available to people outside the US, which would probably suck. I'll continue thinking about that.
